The Enchanted Shootout

Please note: This shootout is for photographers/videographers only. This is not a real wedding or to be used for photographers to bring their own clients in. This shoot is designed for portfolio building.

Date: Saturday, June 7, 2025
Time: 4:00pm - 10:00pm 
Where: Vaughan House Realm, Forest, Virginia
Theme: CottageCore (Tons of florals!)
Investment: $750 (Early Bird! That's less than $200 per location!)
With 2 Night Cottage Stay: $1500 (Early Bird!)

You are welcome to pay in full or type in 'DEPOSIT' to put half down to secure your spot. Your remainder is due April 1, 2025.

1.) The Enchanted Cottage - Wedding Couple (@alltheferalfawns - Anna Grace)
2.) The Greenhouse - Wedding Couple (@lianascruggs)
3.) The Enchantry (Tablescape) - Fully set with decor/styling, tons of florals, candles and china
4.) The Light Tunnel + Candlelight

Bonus: Dinner is served! Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions.

About: If you've ever wanted to shoot here, now is your chance! Photographers will be split into 3 rotating groups: One group at the cottage, one at the greenhouse, one at the Enchantry. You will have 1 hour at each location! We'll break for dinner and all go to the Light Tunnel for the Light Tunnel + Candlelight shoot!

Images: Use the images you take however you'd like!

Please note:

When selecting the ticket with the included cottage overnights, you will be sharing a bed with another attendee. There is a king-sized bed in the main bedchamber (sleeps 2) and a queen pull-out in the Den (sleep 2). The main bedchamber has a shower and the Den has a clawfoot tub. You will need to share the space with each other! The other attendees will have access to the inside of the cottage on the main level and Den during the shoot, so you'll need to make sure your belongings are secure. Check-in is 4:00pm on June 6, 2025 and check-out is 10:00am on June 8, 2025. 

Vaughan House will need access to the cottage on June 7th to begin setting up!

Your ticket is non-refundable but it is transferrable.
