Introducing loose leaf tea blends to aid in common ailments. The key ingredients in each blend are 100% certified organic. Fill your tea bag or strainer with your favorite blend and steep in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Add milk, honey or anything else you'd like to add, and enjoy!

Benefits of each herb:

Chamomile is particularly effective at making you feel sleepy because of its chemical structure. The plant contains apigenin, a chemical compound that induces sleepiness when it binds to the GABA receptors in the brain.

Lavender works as an anxiolytic (an anxiety reliever) and as a sedative, to increase relaxation and calmness, and help bring about sleep. It also interacts with the neurotransmitter GABA to help quiet the brain and nervous system activity, reducing agitation, anger, aggression, and restlessness.

Valerian is a sedative herb that has been used for centuries for the treatment of insomnia. Because valerian increases GABA levels in the brain, it helps reduce brain activity and allow users to fall asleep more easily.

Passion Flower impacts the neurotransmitter levels in the brain meaning that you can get a good night’s sleep and even more importantly wake up the next morning feeling revitalized, refreshed and raring to go. it to It's like a a straight shot of GABA. Skullcap provides general systemic support to help ease the impact of tension and anxiety. Effectively soothes nervous tension while renewing and revivifying the central nervous system.

Magnolia bark stimulates production of GABA. This increase in GABA is also important for sleep—people with reduced GABA activity are prone to insomnia and other sleep problems. Research shows at least one bioactive compound in magnolia bark is as effective in calming anxiety and aiding sleep as the widely used class of drug called diazepams, but without the risks of dependency or side effects.
